For service providers & specialist firms

Websites that build trust.
And guide inquiries better.

I build websites for service providers and specialised businesses so they get found, build trust and turn interest into usable inquiries. Technically sound, clearly structured and without unnecessary chaos.

01 You might recognise this

Where websites usually break down.

01

Your site looks okay — but inquiries barely come in.

Structure, copy and inquiry flow aren't built for conversion. Visitors arrive, read, leave. No system behind it.

02

Google doesn't show you when people search for what you do.

Technical SEO basics are missing, content isn't aligned with real search queries, the Google Business Profile runs on the side.

03

Tracking, consent or accessibility are unclear.

GDPR grey zones, no clean consent flow, accessibility obligations in the background — but nobody can tell you what is actually critical right now.

04

Domain, hosting and accounts exist somewhere — but not properly under your control.

Accounts were created over time, passwords sit in old emails and responsibilities are unclear. You're dependent instead of operationally in control.

I find out where it's actually breaking — and get it into a state that works. Clearly prioritised, properly implemented and with transparent pricing.

02 How I work

Websites as a working surface. Not an online brochure.

Since 2021 I've been building and maintaining websites and digital systems for service providers and specialised businesses that want more than a pretty storefront online. You talk directly to me and know who's responsible for what.

A website is the part of your business that speaks to prospects 24/7 — usually badly. I build it so it gets found, builds trust and routes inquiries to the right place. Technically sound, legally sensible, commercially useful.

Direct contact, clear ownership

You message me, I take a look. No three layers in between, no vague responsibilities. And the accounts stay with you, not with me.

Outcome before optics

Structure, copy, tracking, tech — every call is made for visibility, trust and usable inquiries. Looking good is a by-product.

Plain answers instead of buzzwords

You walk away knowing what's going on, what needs to happen first and what it costs. If a vendor is overpromising, I'll tell you.

What I can do and what I can't.

What I'm good at

  • Finding out where your site is losing inquiries
  • Explaining tech so it actually makes sense to you
  • Rebuilding or taking over a site when that's the right move
  • GDPR and accessibility done properly (boring but necessary)
  • Spotting unnecessary costs and risks before they get expensive
  • Telling you when a vendor is overpromising and underdelivering

What I can't do

  • Pull miracles overnight
  • Turn "make it look nice" into a design without direction
  • Read minds (but I'll ask)
  • Be the cheapest option (that's by design)
  • Tell you what you want to hear

07 FAQ

What people usually ask.

How long does a website project take?
Depending on scope, 2–6 weeks. Simpler rebuilds I can pull off in under a week when decisions and assets are ready. I give you a binding timeframe before we start.
What does it cost?
Starting prices are listed above. After an intro call you get a concrete fixed-fee proposal with a defined scope — no hourly rates, no surprise invoices. On larger projects we split into three instalments.
Who owns the domain, hosting and accounts?
You do. I don't register anything under my name. Domain, hosting, tracking accounts, mail, CMS — all in your name, access stays with you. No vendor lock-in.
How does payment work?
40 % at project start, 40 % on design approval, 20 % before go-live. Protects both sides. No launch without full payment — and no half-finished handover either.
What happens if something breaks after launch?
On a retainer I'm on it within one business day. Without a retainer it's best effort and billed separately. Real emergencies (outage, hack, critical vulnerability) always get priority.
Do you work in Wix / Jimdo / Squarespace?
No. I pick tools based on the problem, not the brand — but those three don't give you a solid technical foundation. I usually build in Astro or WordPress, and SvelteKit or Next.js where it fits.
Can you collaborate with my existing agency?
In some cases yes — but only with clearly separated responsibilities. If multiple parties touch strategy, content and tech at the same time, things get messy fast. I work best when ownership is clearly defined.

Let's talk.

Free intro call, 15 minutes. Tell me briefly what's not working — or what you're planning. I'll tell you honestly whether I can help and where I'd start. No sales pitch.
