Do I need to have my site built by you?
No. I maintain sites built by others too – as long as the technical foundation is solid. I'll review your site during our initial call and give you an honest assessment.
What if I need more than 2 changes per month?
No problem. Additional hours are billed fairly. You get a quick estimate beforehand, no surprises.
How fast do you respond?
On business days, usually within 4 hours. For emergencies (site down, security issue), much faster. Available on weekends for real emergencies.
Can I cancel anytime?
After a 12-month minimum term: yes, cancel monthly. The minimum term is fair because I invest upfront time in onboarding, monitoring setup, and getting to know your site. Your data, credentials, and backups are always yours.
Is this necessary for non-WordPress sites?
Depends. Custom code sites need less maintenance but still benefit from security monitoring, SSL management, and performance tracking. I'll tell you honestly what makes sense for your setup.
What about HIPAA-compliant sites?
HIPAA-compliant plans are available from $199/month. This includes dedicated compliant hosting through our infrastructure partner (billed separately, starting from $229/month). If your site handles protected health information – intake forms, patient portals, health data – we’ll set up everything during our initial call.
